Recent Sarasota County verdict!

Our client suffered a meniscus tear while seated in the back seat of a vehicle involved in a collision. Because he had surgery, the defense argued that he had not suffered a permanent injury – despite his ongoing issues. This became a four-year battle against the insurance company that ended in the courtroom.

Our trial team of Alyson Battaglia & Kelli Martinez, with their paralegal Hannah Nese presented the case, and the jury found in favor of the Plaintiff, returning a verdict of $315,616.90!  Justice is served.
